It brings us in touch with our breath, our feelings, our thinking, our bodies, our impulses and actions with a focus on their effects on others and our environment. It provides the space to shift from an autopilot action/reaction to a conscious purposeful and intentional approach.
The MAP 12 week program is based on the social emotional competencies that can be cultivated to help us prepare for personal, academic and professional success. The ultimate mastery of these essential skills promotes character and ethical development, self-discipline, prosocial behaviour and inverses emotional balance.
Through this practice, the Ambassador Program offers individuals a forum to explore in a group setting meaningful ways to reaching the depth of their own wisdom, to strengthen their well being, critical thinking, compassion and resilience.
